Internal advertising at ARC encourages career advancement and we frequently use secondments and projects to develop our staff. The breadth of our operation ensures that we can offer diverse career opportunities.

 

Study Support

Eligible employees can apply for study assistance, which may take the form of Study leave and/or contributions towards course fees.

 

Performance Management and Career Development

We have a performance management system that is linked to remuneration, ensuring that high performance is encouraged and rewarded. Following this, staff create an Individual Development Plan based on competencies required for their current role, or roles that they aspire to in the future. This provides a roadmap for employee development.
