Student Opportunities
So you're looking for summer work with a twist? You have come to the right place. Auckland Regional Council wants to help you earn some spare cash while providing you with relevant careers experience through the months of December and January.
We can offer you the ability to work with some New Zealand's best minds, being supported in a relaxed and friendly environment and be a part of an organisation that is committed to making our region a fantastic play to live, work and play.
The ARC also offers successful students support through research funding in the form of the Student Partnership Programme.
Who we are looking for
Whether you are studying engineering, science, planning or politics we require students from a variety of disciplines and backgrounds. Both undergraduates and post-graduate students are required. Most of all we want students who are aligned to our vision and values, students who really want to make a difference.
What could you be doing?
If you're outdoors focused then you could find yourself spending all day on one of our stunning regional parks; if your love the water then how about getting behind the helm of our harbourmaster's boats. From Finance to Marketing and Community Programmes the diversity is amazing.
How do I apply?
